摘 要:针对水峪矿十采区轨道巷围岩局部在采动压力等影响下围岩变形严重问题,结合现场地质条件及围岩变形特征,提出主被动支护相结合的围岩修复技术方案并进行工程应用。将轨道巷断面由半圆拱型优化为不规则“O”形(马蹄形),同时综合采用锚网索喷+36号U型钢棚支护,并给出修复方案及围岩支护参数。工程应用后,十采区轨道巷顶底板、两帮最大收敛量分别控制在34 mm、55 mm以内,巷道断面保持稳定,取得了较好的修复效果。研究结果可为其他矿井类似情况巷道修复工作提供经验借鉴。In response to the severe deformation of the surrounding rock in the track tunnel of the No.10 mining area of Shuiyu Coal Mine under the influence of mining pressure and other factors,a combined active and passive support technology scheme for surrounding rock repair was proposed based on the on-site geological conditions and the characteristics of surrounding rock deformation,and was applied in engineering.Specifically,the cross-section of the track tunnel was optimized from a semi-circular arch to an irregular “O” shape(horse hoof shape),and a comprehensive support method of anchor net cable shotcrete and the No.36 U-shaped steel frame was adopted.The repair scheme and the parameters of surrounding rock support were specifically provided.After the engineering application,the maximum convergence of the roof and floor and the two sides of the track tunnel in the No.10 mining area were controlled within 34 mm and 55 mm respectively,and the cross-section of the tunnel remained stable,achieving good repair results.The research results can provide experience for the repair work of similar tunnels in other mines.
