Research on the Roof Control Technology in the End Mining Stage of Fully-mechanized Caving Face in Extra-Thick Coal Seam

摘  要:针对特厚煤层综放工作面末采阶段矿压显现剧烈,大巷受扰动发生围岩变形、底鼓等问题,以榆树坡煤矿5107综放工作面为工程背景,在分析水力压裂裂纹扩展规律的基础上,通过数值模拟确定合理压裂段长度,提出水力压裂技术方案并进行现场应用,结果表明:在水压力的作用下,裂纹开始开裂并向远处扩展,其扩展路径趋向垂直于最小主应力方向;当压裂段长度为钻孔直径的10倍(600 mm)时,压裂段中部岩体应力分布与裂缝启裂时对应的水压值基本保持一致;在5107工作面进行了顶板水力压裂卸压技术的工程应用,顺利实现了围岩致裂及裂缝在恒定压力的作用下有效扩散,确保了工作面末采期间大巷围岩的稳定性,为类似条件下工作面末采顶板治理提供了指导与借鉴。In response to the severe occurrence of rock pressure and disturbance in the main roadway during the final mining stage of the fully-mechanized top coal caving face in the ultra-thick coal seam,the deformation and floor bulge of the surrounding rock occur.Taking the 5107 fully-mechanized top coal caving face in Yushupo Coal Mine as the engineering background,based on the analysis of the propagation law of hydraulic fracturing cracks,a reasonable length of the fracturing section is determined through numerical simulation,and a hydraulic fracturing technology scheme is proposed and applied on site.The results show that under the action of water pressure,the cracks begin to crack and expand towards a distance,and their propagation path tends to be perpendicular to the direction of the minimum principal stress.When the length of the fracturing section is 10 times the diameter of the borehole(600 mm),the stress distribution of the rock mass in the middle of the fracturing section is basically consistent with the corresponding water pressure value at the time of crack initiation.The engineering application of hydraulic fracturing and pressure relief technology for the roof was carried out in the 5107 working face,which successfully achieved rock fracturing and effective diffusion of cracks under constant pressure,ensuring the stability of the surrounding rock of the main roadway during the final mining period of the working face.This provides guidance and reference for the treatment of the roof in the final mining of the working face under similar conditions.
