摘  要:针对吉祥煤矿中厚煤层回采工作面留设大煤柱造成资源严重浪费的问题,以153103工作面回风顺槽小煤柱沿空掘巷为工程背景,基于回采工作面基本顶断裂力学模型和围岩极限平衡理论,通过理论分析确定了小煤柱合理尺寸为7 m,提出“锚杆+锚索+钢筋梯子梁+金属网”的联合支护方案。现场应用结果表明:巷道掘进期间围岩整体稳定,工作面回采期间沿空巷道顶底板和两帮最大移近量分别为560 mm和800 mm,巷道变形量处于可控范围,满足现场安全生产要求。Aiming at the problem of serious waste of resources caused by retaining large coal pillars in the medium thick coal seam mining face of Jixiang Coal Mine,taking the small coal pillars along the goaf of the return airway of the 153103 working face as the engineering background,based on the basic roof fracture mechanics model of the mining face and the limit equilibrium theory of the surrounding rock,the reasonable size of the small coal pillar is 7 m,and the combined support scheme of “bolt+anchor cable+steel ladder beam+metal mesh” is proposed.The results of field application show that the surrounding rock is stable during the excavation of the roadway.The maximum displacement of the roof and floor and the two sides of the gob-side entry during the mining of the working face is 560 mm and 800 mm.The deformation of the roadway is in controllable range,which meets the requirements of field safety production.
