摘 要:针对回采巷道破碎顶板条件下掘进效率低、围岩变形量大等问题,以10303运输巷为研究对象,针对性提出围岩综合支护技术方案并进行工程应用。10303运输巷掘进期间,在迎头布置锚杆进行超前支护,维护破碎顶板稳定,为掘进及后续支护创造良好条件;采用锚网索、锚索补强方式进行永久支护,给顶板及巷帮均提供较大的支护作用力,确保围岩稳定。工程应用后,10303运输巷顶底板变形量控制在80 mm以内,巷道掘进进尺稳定在6 m/d,取得了较好的工程应用效果。研究成果可为其他类似破碎顶板巷道围岩控制提供经验借鉴。In response to the problems of low tunneling efficiency and large deformation of surrounding rock under the condition of broken roof in the mining tunnel,taking the 10303 transport tunnel as the research object,a comprehensive surrounding rock support technology scheme was proposed and applied in engineering.During the tunneling of the 10303 transport tunnel,anchor bolts were arranged at the heading for advanced support to maintain the stability of the broken roof and create favorable conditions for tunneling and subsequent support.Permanent support was carried out by using anchor net cable and anchor cable reinforcement methods,providing a large support force to both the roof and the tunnel wall to ensure the stability of the surrounding rock.After the engineering application,the deformation of the roof and floor of the 10303 transport tunnel was controlled within 80 mm,and the tunneling progress was stable at 6 m/d,achieving good engineering application results.The research results can provide experience for the control of surrounding rock in other types of broken roof tunnels.
