摘 要:顶板活动监测是预防顶板垮塌事故的主要措施,对煤矿井下巷道的优化设计具有支撑作用。传统的监测措施,要么需要繁重的地下劳动,要么无法在恶劣的地下环境中正常进行。文章为突破这一技术壁垒,研制了一种以光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)材料为感知元件和传输介质的煤矿井下顶板安全控制监测系统。与传统的监测设备相比,所开发的新型监测系统可对煤矿井下顶板活动进行准确、可靠、连续得在线监测,有望进一步防止发生灾难性顶板坍塌事故。该系统已在诸暨煤矿深部危险巷道成功实施。现场监测结果表明,基于FBG的传感系统优于传统的监测方法。新型巷道顶板活动与安全监测系统准确捕捉了工作面推进对顶板位移和应力的动态影响,为矿山巷道支护和设计提供了重要参考。Roof activity monitoring is the main measure to prevent roof collapse accidents and plays a supporting role in the optimization design of underground tunnels in coal mines.However,traditional monitoring measures,such as using mechanical telescopes or electronic instruments,either require heavy underground labor or cannot work properly in harsh underground environments.Therefore,in order to break through this technological barrier,this article has developed a coal mine underground roof safety control monitoring system using fiber Bragg grating(FBG) material as the sensing element and transmission medium.Compared with traditional monitoring equipment,the newly developed monitoring system has the advantages of accurate,reliable,and continuous online monitoring of underground roof activity in coal mines.This is expected to further prevent the occurrence of catastrophic roof collapse accidents.The system has been successfully implemented in the deep dangerous tunnels of Zhuji Coal Mine.The monitoring results at the research site indicate that FBG based sensors are superior to traditional monitoring methods.The new roadway roof activity and safety monitoring system accurately captures the dynamic impact of working face advancement on roof displacement and stress,providing important reference for mine roadway support and design.
