低渗透砂岩储层解水锁剂优选及效果评价——以鄂尔多斯盆地X气田为例

摘  要:为解决低渗透砂岩气藏特别是存在边底水的气藏在勘探开发过程中容易产生严重水锁现象的问题,利用表面张力测试、接触角实验、气驱液岩心驱替实验以及核磁共振技术等多种方法,从解水锁剂的优选和解水锁效果评价2方面进行了深入研究。结果表明:在约3倍模拟地层水矿化度条件下,以及在渗透率大于等于2.0×10^(-3)µm^(2)的岩心中,优选的0.3%(质量分数)配2+模拟地层水的解水锁剂体系仍表现出良好的降低水锁损害的效果;利用核磁共振T2谱测试实验和核磁成像技术对比单一模拟地层水与加入解水锁剂后的驱替效果,结果显示驱替结束后对应的峰面积相较于未加解水锁剂的峰面积明显减小,充分证实了优选的解水锁剂体系在降低水锁损害方面的良好效果。研究成果提供了一种有效优选及评价解水锁剂的方法,有助于最大程度地发挥优选的解水锁剂体系的解水锁效果。In order to solve the problem that low permeability sandstone gas reservoirs,especially gas reservoirs with edge and bottom water,are prone to serious water lock in the process of exploration and development,several methods including surface tension test,contact angle test,gas drive fluid core displacement experiment and nucle-ar magnetic resonance technique are used to study the optimization of water lock release agent and the evaluation of water lock release effect.The results show that,in condition of about 3 times salinity of simulated formation water and in the core with permeability≥2.0×10^(-3)µm^(2),the optimized system of 0.3%(mass fraction)Pei 2 water lock re-lease agent+simulated formation water still shows good effect on reducing water lock damage.Nuclear magnetic res-onance T2 spectrum test experiment and nuclear magnetic imaging technique are used to compare the displacement effect of single simulated formation water and the addition of water lock release agent.The results show that the cor-responding peak area after displacement is significantly reduced compared with the peak area without water lock re-lease agent,fully confirming the good effect of optimized water lock release agent system in reducing water lock damage.The research provides effective method for optimizing and evaluating water lock release agent,which is helpful to maximize water lock release effect of optimized water lock release agent system.
