摘 要:胜利油田孤岛东区Ⅱ类储层比Ⅰ类储层原油黏度更高、非均质性更强,在聚驱开发过程中存在指进更严重和驱替更不均衡等问题。为了解决上述难题,综合室内实验、数值模拟和现场调控技术,开展了稠油油藏聚/表二元复合驱综合调控技术研究。结果表明:采取多维度井网、多轮次注入和多方位流线调整可以实现储量控制最大化、段塞组合最优化和驱替作用最佳化,最终实现剩余油的多层、多向、全面动用;孤岛东区南高黏度油藏二元复合驱通过全过程高效调整,单元段塞优化到1.15PV,目前单元采收率为52.4%,相较于水驱提高了17.0百分点,标定采收率达到61.27%,创出了稠油油藏二元复合驱采收率高水平。研究成果为后续类似稠油油藏二元复合驱高效开发提供了理论依据和实践经验。Compared with Gudao ClassⅠreservoirs,ClassⅡreservoirs have characteristics of higher oil viscosity and higher heterogeneity,causing more severe fingering and more unbalanced displacement in the process of poly-mer flooding development.In order to solve the problems,integrated control technique of polymer/surfactant flood-ing in heavy oil reservoirs are studied by integrating laboratory experiment,numerical simulation and field control technique.The results show that adopting multi-dimensional well pattern adjustment,multi-rounds injection adjust-ment and multi-directional streamline adjustment maximizes reserves control and optimizes slug combination and displacement effect,finally achieving multi-layered and multi-directional fully producing of remaining oil.Whole-process efficient adjustment of polymer/surfactant flooding in high-viscosity reservoirs in south block of eastern Gud-ao area optimizes unit slug to 1.15 PV.Current unit recovery rate is 52.4%,with increment 17.0 percentage points more than that of water flooding.Calibrated recovery reaches 61.27%,setting a high level of polymer/surfactant flooding in heavy oil reservoirs.The research provides theoretical basis and practical experience for subsequent effi-cient development of similar heavy oil reservoirs by polymer/surfactant flooding.
