摘　　要：需求满足度是评价空间目标感知系统是否符合使命任务要求的关键指标,与系统任务需求和系统能力息息相关,需要构建完备的评估指标,映射需求与能力的关系,评估任务需求满足程度。文章从使命任务能力性能指标3个层面构建空间目标感知系统任务需求满足度评估指标,研究了基于灰色关联分析和质量功能展开的任务需求满足度评估模型和方法流程,通过实例验证了评估方法的有效性,能够为开展空间目标感知系统的设计与验证提供支撑。The requirement satisfaction,closely related to the mission requirements and system capability,is the key index to evaluate whether the space target surveillance system meets the mission requirements.It is necessary to construct complete evaluation indicators to map the relationship between requirements and capabilities,and to evaluate the requirement satisfactory degree.In this paper,the mission requirement satisfactory degree of the space target surveillance system is constructed from three aspects:missions,capability and performance indicators.The model and process of mission requirement satisfactory degree based on improved grey quality function deployment.The effectiveness of the evaluation method is verified by examples,which provides supports for design and verification of space target surveillance.
