近海FPV技术的应用现状与成本分析

摘  要:近海浮式光伏发电(FPV)作为1种新兴的可再生能源利用形式,具有广阔的开发前景,有望成为未来光伏发电经济发展的增长点。概述了国内外近海FPV技术的应用现状,归纳了近海FPV现阶段面临的技术挑战;然后,通过建立近海FPV成本分析模型及假定合理的财务参数,对山东省某近海FPV项目的盈利水平进行评估,并采用单一因素分析法分析了影响项目投资收益的敏感性因素。研究结果表明:近海FPV面临的技术挑战主要集中在浮体及锚泊系统的设计、光伏组件对海洋环境的适应性;近海FPV项目在全生命周期中后期盈利,初始建设成本、上网电价和有效发电量对项目收益的影响最为显著;预测2030年全球FPV项目的平准化度电成本可降至0.012美元/kWh。Offshore floating PV power generation(FPV),as an emerging form of renewable energy utilization,boasts broad development prospects and is expected to become a growth driver for the future economic development of PV power generation.This paper first provides an overview of the current application status of offshore FPV technology both domestically and internationally,and summarizes the technical challenges faced by offshore FPVs at this stage.Then,by establishing a cost analysis model for offshore FPV and assuming reasonable financial parameters,the profitability level of a offshore FPV project in Shandong Province is evaluated,and the sensitivity factors affecting project investment returns are analyzed using single factor analysis.The research results show that the technical challenges faced by offshore FPV mainly focus on the design of floating bodies and anchoring systems,as well as the adaptability of PV modules to the marine environment.The offshore FPV project is profitable at the end of its entire lifecycle,and the initial construction cost and effective power generation have the most significant impact on project investment returns.It is predicted that the LCOE of global offshore FPV projects will decrease to 0.012 USD/kWh by 2030.
