摘 要:为了探究山地光伏电站场址地形与大型光伏阵列对风场特性的影响,以广东省恩平市100 m大跨度柔性光伏支架示范项目为研究对象,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法开展3D数值风洞模拟计算,建立了山地光伏场区的山地表面地形模型与大型光伏阵列模型,开展了光伏场区的风场环境与采用柔性光伏支架的光伏阵列风荷载特性的分析研究。研究结果表明:1)项目场址来流方向的山地地形会阻挡风场来流,导致风速明显降低,山体遮挡效应明显;2)正南方向0°与180°来流方向下光伏组件的风荷载体型系数显著大于45°与135°来流方向下光伏组件的值,来流方向对光伏组件风荷载体型系数的影响较大。3)光伏阵列迎风面第1排(列)光伏组件的风荷载体型系数最大,1~3排(列)急剧衰减,往后缓慢减小并趋于稳定;光伏阵列外围光伏组件对其内部光伏组件的遮挡效应显著。研究结果可为光伏电站柔性光伏支架结构及基础的工程设计提供指导,有利于节约项目中柔性光伏支架与其基础的工程量,并且可为大风灾害的防治提供理论基础,有利于减少光伏电站的风致灾害隐患。In order to explore the influence of site terrain and large-scale PV arrays on the wind field characteristics of mountainous PV power stations,this paper takes the 100 m large-span flexible PV bracket demonstration project in Enping City,Guangdong Province as the research object.CFD method is used to carry out 3D numerical wind tunnel simulation calculations,establish mountain surface terrain models and large-scale PV array models of mountainous PV fields,and analyze the wind field environment of PV fields and the wind load characteristics of PV arrays using flexible PV brackets.The research results show that:1)The mountainous terrain in the direction of the incoming flow of the project site will block the incoming flow of the wind field,resulting in a significant decrease in wind speed and obvious mountain shielding effect.2)The wind load shape coefficient of PV modules under incoming flow direction of 0°and 180°in the south is significantly higher than that under incoming flow direction of 45°and 135°,indicating that the incoming flow direction has a significant impact on the wind load shape coefficient of PV modules.3)The wind load shape coefficient of the PV modules in the first row(column)on the windward side of the PV array is the highest,with a sharp decline in rows(columns)1~3,followed by a slow decrease and stabilization.The peripheral PV modules of the PV array have a significant shielding effect on the internal PV modules.The research results can provide guidance for the engineering design of flexible PV bracket structures and foundations in PV power stations,which is conducive to saving the engineering quantity of flexible PV brackets and its foundations in projects,and can provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of wind disasters,which is conducive to reducing the hidden dangers of wind-induced disasters in PV power stations.
