昆明市电建科研大厦综合能源系统的应用分析

摘  要:在高层办公建筑中,仅依靠传统的电力系统和被动式设计,无法有效实现建筑的低能耗运行。以云南省昆明市电建科研大厦为例,通过将不同的建筑设计方式和包括多种可再生能源的综合能源系统应用于该办公建筑后,分析了该建筑的能耗与产能情况。研究结果显示:1)未采用综合能源系统时,本办公建筑的年总能耗约为295.53万kWh,建筑节能率为78.33%;2)采用综合能源系统后,本办公建筑的年节约电量为35.96万kWh,其年总能耗降至259.57万kWh,建筑节能率为80.97%,说明可再生能源的应用有助于建筑的节能减排;3)虽然本办公建筑的建筑产能与能耗的比值仅为12.17%,但可有效降低对外部能源的依赖。以期研究结果为推进办公建筑综合能源利用、低能耗运行提供设计策略和实践参考。In high-rise office buildings,relying on traditional power systems and passive designs cannot effectively achieve low-energy operation of the building.This paper takes the Kunming Electric Power Construction Research Building in Yunnan Province as an example,and analyzes the energy consumption and production capacity of the building by applying different architectural design methods and a comprehensive energy system including multiple renewable energy sources to the office building.The research results show that:1)Without adopting a comprehensive energy system,the annual total energy consumption of this office building is about 2.9553×106 kWh,and the building's energy efficiency rate is 78.33%.2)After adopting a comprehensive energy system,the annual energy savings of this office building are 3.596×105 kWh,and its total annual energy consumption has decreased to 2.5957×106 kWh.The building's energy efficiency rate is 80.97%,indicating that the application of renewable energy is helpful for building energy conservation and emission reduction.3)Although the ratio of building capacity to energy consumption in this office building is only 12.17%,it can effectively reduce reliance on external energy sonrces.In order to provide design strategies and practical references for promoting comprehensive energy utilization and low-energy operation of office buildings based on the research results.
