摘　　要：医案是疾病诊治的一手资料和宝贵文献。王士雄是清朝名医之一,其医案涉及对患者个体差异、时人饮食健康观念、疑难杂症会诊情况、医疗行为中宿命论等思想的记载,直接反映了清朝人的疾病观念与思想;同时,其医案中关于医生德识、患者身份与职业、患者关系网络、医患关系情况等记载又客观揭示了清朝时期的社会生活状况、医患关系情况等。因此,以医案为素材的医学社会史研究对于史学研究具有重要意义和社会价值,值得学界关切和重视。Medical records are the firsthand sources and valuable documents in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Wang Shixiong is one of the famous doctors in the Qing Dynasty.His medical records refers to differences in patient characteristics,people’s concepts about diet and heath,consultation situation for different and complex cases,records of fatalism and other such ideas in medical behaviors,which directly reflect people’s disease concepts and thoughts in Qing Dynasty.At the same time,his medical records of doctor ethics,patients identity and profession,patients relationship network and other aspects also objectively revealed the social life condition and doctor-patient relationship in Qing Dynasty.Therefore,the study of medical social history based on medical records is of great significance and value to the historical studies,and deserves the academic circles’concerns and attentions.
