摘  要:为研究航空航天工装箱体结构的内外蒙皮外表面附加聚酰亚胺泡沫材料后的隔热保温效果,建立工装内蒙皮、外蒙皮和隔热保温材料聚酰亚胺计算模型,在稳态和瞬态条件下对箱外60℃、-45℃和箱内空气温度0、22℃的工装内部隔热保温效果进行有限元仿真分析。分析结果表明:高温60℃环境中,结构工装外蒙皮平均温度趋于高温环境温度,工装箱内平均温度约为35℃,验证了外附聚酰亚胺材料的结构工装有良好的隔热效果;低温-45℃环境中,结构工装箱体内部温度达到平衡时,箱体内部的平均温度约为-10℃,验证了隔热保温结构工装具有显著的保温效果。In order to study the thermal insulation effect of aerospace tooling box structure after attaching polyimide foam to the outer surface of the inner and outer skins,the calculation model of tooling inner skin,outer skin and thermal insulation material polyimide is established.Besides,the finite element simulation and analysis of the thermal insulation effect under the tooling temperature inside the box at 60℃and-45℃outside the box and the air temperature of the box at 0 and 22℃in steady state and transient conditions are carried out.The analysis results show that in the high temperature environment(60℃),the average temperature of the outer skin of the structural tooling tends to be close to the high temperature environment temperature,and the average temperature inside the tooling box is about 35℃,which verifies that the structural tooling attached with the polyimide material has a good thermal insulation effect.Under the low temperature environment(-45℃),when the temperature inside the structural tooling box reaches the equilibrium,the average temperature inside the box is about-10℃,which verifies that the thermal insulation structure tooling has a significant thermal insulation effect.
