摘　　要：在“一体化威慑”战略指导下,灰色地带行动成为美巩固和保持太空优势的绝佳工具。针对该现状,在阐明“一体化威慑”战略内涵与灰色地带概念的基础上,分析“一体化威慑”战略对美太空灰色地带行动产生的影响。研究认为美基于拒止、弹性、惩罚逻辑,通过建立军事同盟、实施监视干扰、拓展代理形式等太空灰色地带行动实践,试图争夺国际规则制权、试探对手原则底线、影响太空力量格局,达成遏制竞争对手发展,增强自身太空优势,构建新型太空威慑等战略目的。得出了灰色地带行动将成为太空博弈重要形式,多域联合将成为释能制胜重要手段,太空规则将成为利益博弈战略要点的重要判断,提出了制定冲突方案,丰富应对策略;凝聚整体优势,对冲潜在威胁;参与体系构建,增强国际影响等应对建议,为避免陷入美灰色地带行动的联合围堵,掌握太空竞争的战略主动权提供理论指导。Under the guidance of the"integrated deterrence"strategy,gray zone operations have become an excellent tool for U.S.to consolidate and maintain its space superiority.In response to the current situation,based on clarifying the connotation of the"integrated deterrence"strategy and the concept of the gray zone,this analysis examines the impact of the"integrated deterrence"strategy on U.S.gray zone operations in space.The research suggests that U.S.based on the logic of denial,resilience,and punishment,attempts to achieve strategic purposes such as deterring the development of competitors,enhancing its own space superiority,and constructing a new type of space deterrence by engaging in gray zone operations in space.These operations include establishing military alliances,conducting surveillance and interference,and expanding proxy forms.The ultimate aims are to compete for the dominance in international rules,test the limits of opponents′principles,and influence the space power structure.It has been concluded that gray zone operations will become an important form of space competition,multi-domain integration will be an important means of exerting power to achieve victory,and space rules will be a strategic focus of interest competition.Countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed,such as formulating conflict plans and enriching response strategies;consolidating overall advantages to offset potential threats;participating in system construction to enhance international influence.These suggestions provide theoretical guidance for avoiding being jointly encircled by U.S.gray zone operations and for taking the strategic initiative in space competition.
