摘 要:为研究四甘醇二甲醚液滴在亚、超临界环境中的蒸发特性,设计建设了亚/超临界环境液滴蒸发实验系统,采用温压分离技术,成功获得了亚临界、超临界环境下,温度和压力分别为473~773 K和1~7 MPa下,四甘醇二甲醚液滴蒸发过程中液滴直径随时间的变化过程。结果表明:四甘醇二甲醚液滴蒸发具有瞬态加热和稳态蒸发两个特征阶段;稳态蒸发阶段对液滴蒸发寿命的影响大于瞬态加热阶段。归一化后的液滴寿命随温度升高呈非线性递减,随压力增大近似呈线性递减。蒸发速率常数随温度升高近似呈线性增长,随压力增大呈非线性增长。In order to study the evaporation characteristics of tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether droplets in sub-supercritical environment,the temperature and pressure separation technology was adopted,and the temperature and pressure under sub-critical and supercritical environment are 473~773 K and 1~7 MPa,respectively,in the process of tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether droplet evaporation.The results show that the dimethyl ether droplet evaporation has two characteristic stages:transient heating and steady evaporation;the steady evaporation stage affects the droplet evaporation life more than the transient heating stage.The normalized droplet lifetime decreases nonlinearly with increasing temperature and approximately linearly with increasing pressure.The evaporation rate constant increases approximately linearly with increasing temperature and increases nonlinearly with increasing pressure.
