摘 要:为解决矿山开采以及隧道挖掘等地下空间作业过程中遇到的顶板破碎、支护困难、突水突泥的难题,以聚酯氨/水玻璃有机无机杂化注浆加固材料为研究对象,通过建立相似仿真注浆模型,对模型注浆过程中距注入点不同距离测点的温度、压力进行研究,分析浆液扩散规律;对注浆加固体进行力学性能分析,检验固结效果。结果表明:聚氨酯(PU)/水玻璃双液注浆材料在破碎岩层试验模型中呈现不规律扩散,固化反应为放热反应,在浆液注入后10 min达到最大值83.2℃,为室温的6.6倍,最大压力5.7 MPa,为试验加载的1.425倍,温度和压力均随时间表现为先急速上升随后缓慢下降最终趋于稳定。聚氨酯(PU)/水玻璃双液注浆加固体单轴抗压强度区间为15.32~32.57 MPa,三轴加载最大承载能力41.9 MPa,残余强度25 MPa,蠕变破坏最大载荷25 MPa,被注材料固结后强度大大提升。通过对注浆加固体进行细观分析可知岩石与浆液在交界处紧密胶结,注浆加固效果良好。In order to solve the problems of roof breakage,support difficulty,water and mud inrush encountered in underground space operations such as mining and tunnel excavation,polyester ammonia/water glass organic-inorganic hybrid grouting reinforcement material was taken as the research object.By establishing a similar simulation grouting model,the temperature and pressure of measuring points at different distances from the injection point during the model grouting process were studied,and the slurry diffusion law was analyzed.The mechanical properties of grouting reinforcement were analyzed to test the consolidation effect.The results show that the polyurethane(PU)/water glass double-liquid grouting material exhibits irregular diffusion in the broken rock test model,and the curing reaction is an exothermic reaction.It reaches a maximum of 83.2℃at 10 min after slurry injection,which is 6.6 times of room temperature.The maximum pressure is 5.7 MPa,which is 1.425 times of the test load.The temperature and pressure increase rapidly with time and then slowly decline and finally stabilize.The uniaxial compressive strength range of polyurethane/water glass double liquid grouting and solid is 15.32~32.57 MPa,the maximum bearing capacity of triaxial loading is 41.9 MPa,the residual strength is 25 MPa,the maximum load of creep failure is 25 MPa,and the strength of the injected material is greatly improved after consolidation.Through the microscopic analysis of grouting reinforcement,it can be seen that the rock and slurry are closely cemented at the junction,and the grouting reinforcement effect is good.
