摘　　要：本文围绕十堰新能源与智能网联汽车产业展开研究,重点聚焦氢燃料电池商用车。通过分析十堰商用车产业现状及面临的转型需求,深入探讨了十堰发展氢燃料电池商用车产业的战略意义,包括推动产业升级转型、创造经济增长点、提升科技创新能力及契合湖北氢能政策。剖析了其发展优势,如完整产业链、技术研发动力、政策支持等,也指出了所面临的挑战,如市场竞争、人才短缺、技术瓶颈等。最后从优化政策环境、培育完善产业链、加强技术研发、加快基础设施建设、拓展市场应用推广以及加强国际合作与交流等多方面提出实施路径,旨在为十堰新能源与智能网联汽车产业的突破性发展提供参考,尤其是推动氢燃料电池商用车产业的快速、健康发展。This paper focuses on the research of the new energy and intelligent connected vehicle industry in Shiyan,with a particular focus on hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles.By analyzing the current situation of Shiyan's commercial vehicle industry and the transformation needs it faces,this paper delves into the strategic significance of developing the hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicle industry in Shiyan,including promoting industrial upgrading and transformation,creating economic growth points,enhancing scientific and technological innovation capabilities,and conforming to Hubei's hydrogen energy policies.It analyzes the development advantages,such as a complete industrial chain,the impetus for technological research and development,and policy support,while also pointing out the challenges it faces,such as market competition,a shortage of talents,and technical bottlenecks.Finally,it proposes implementation paths from multiple aspects,including optimizing the policy environment,cultivating and perfecting the industrial chain,strengthening technological research and development,accelerating the construction of infrastructure,expanding market application and promotion,as well as strengthening international cooperation and exchanges.The aim is to provide a reference for the breakthrough development of Shiyan's new energy and intelligent connected vehicle industry,especially to promote the rapid and healthy development of the hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicle industry.
