农业绿色全要素生产率对城乡收入差距的影响——基于西部地区省级面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：共同富裕是中国式现代化的本质要求,缩小城乡收入差距一直是中国式现代化进程中的关键挑战。基于2006—2021年西部地区11个省(市、区)的数据,采用空间计量模型分析农业绿色全要素生产率对城乡收入差距的影响。实证结果表明,农业绿色全要素生产率对城乡收入差距具有显著的空间效应,提高农业绿色全要素生产率能够显著缩小本地及周边地区的城乡收入差距。进一步分析其作用机制发现,农业绿色全要素生产率能够促进劳动力转移,进而缩小城乡收入差距。因此,应加强西部地区农业技术创新,积极推进农业绿色发展路径的变革;健全城乡劳动力市场,促进要素流动;推进开放、畅通、共享的科技资源平台建设,促进区域协调发展。Common prosperity is the essential requirement of Chinese-style modernization,and narrowing the urban-rural income gap has always been a key challenge in the process of Chinese-style modernization.Based on the data of 11 provinces(municipalities and districts)in western China from 2006 to 2021,the spatial econometric model was used to analyze the impact of agricultural green total factor productivity on urban-rural income gap.The empirical results show that agricultural green total factor productivity has a significant spatial effect on urban-rural income gap,and improving agricultural green total factor productivity can significantly narrow the urban-rural income gap in local and surrounding areas.A further analysis of its mechanism shows that agricultural green total factor productivity can promote labor transfer and narrow the urban-rural income gap.Therefore,we should strengthen the innovation of agricultural technology in the western region and actively promote the change of agricultural green development path.The urban and rural labor markets should be improved to facilitate the flow of factors.And the construction of an open,smooth and shared scientific and technological resources platform should be promoted to boost coordinated regional development.
