摘　　要：文化数字化是建设社会主义文化强国的重要举措。数字技术赋能文化体制机制改革能有效推动数字文化产业发展提质升级,促进数字文化成果全民共创共享,提升数字时代文化传播力影响力。数字技术赋能文化体制机制改革的逻辑理路是,培育复合型创新型的数字化人才、激发文化创新创造活力、精准把握人民群众文化新需求等,以实现其作用效应。因此,应建立完善的文化数字化治理体系、健全高效的文化数字化服务体系、构建有效的文化数字化传播体系等,探索文化体制机制改革的可行性路径。Cultural digitization is an important measure to build a strong socialist culture.The reform of the cultural system and mechanism empowered by digital technology can effectively promote the development and upgrading of digital cultural industries,promote the creation and sharing of digital cultural achievements by all,and enhance the influence of cultural communication in the digital era.It is necessary to deepen and expand the function mechanism of digital empowerment in cultivating innovative inter-disciplinary digital talents,stimulating the vitality of cultural innovation and creation,accurately grasping the new cultural needs of the people.And through the establishment of a sound cultural digital governance system,an efficient cultural digital service system can be improved and an effective cultural digital communication system constructed,to explore the feasible path to the reform of the cultural system and mechanism.
