摘  要:Ir192型伽马源在医用放疗、工业无损检测等方面有着大量应用。由于伽马源存在放射性,其运输过程中的安全性非常重要。本研究依据《GB 11806—2019放射性物品安全运输规程》标准的要求对Ir192型伽马源运输容器进行有限元仿真分析,验证容器顶盖抗冲击穿透能力,分析容器承受冲击过程中受力情况,判断不同部件的结构完整性,同时通过试验对容器顶盖抗冲击性能进行验证,最后确定容器设计的合理性。本研究方法对于保障容器内盛装放射性物质屏蔽体结构的完整具有一定的意义。Ir192 gamma source is widely used in medical radiotherapy,industrial non-destructive testing,and other fields.Due to the radioactivity of gamma sources,the transportation safety is very important.In this study,finite element simulation analysis of Ir192 gamma source transport container was conducted according to the requirements of the Regulations for the Safe Transport of Radioactive Material standard.The impact penetration resistance of the container top was verified.The stress of the container during the impact was analyzed,and the structural integrity of different components was judged.The impact resistance of the container top was verified by experiments.Finally,the rationality of the container design was determined.The method has some significance to guarantee the integrity of the shielding structure containing radioactive materials in the container.
