摘  要:聚氯乙烯(PVC)电活性凝胶有着与人类肌肉相似的超强性能、足够刺激皮肤的知觉强度和导电性等优势,在柔性驱动和传感等领域的应用日益加强。PVC凝胶机电性能已通过实验进行了广泛研究,但尚未有机械力和电场力联合加载下直流(DC)电场凝胶形变机电性能及相关预测模型的研究。本研究以四氢呋喃(THF)为溶剂,蒸发制备PVC和己二酸二丁酯(DBA)电活性凝胶,并采用动态力学分析仪检测直流电场中力电耦合加载下的PVC凝胶应变响应。首先分析力电耦合加载下PVC凝胶的力电性能,并基于Maxwell和Kelvin-Voigt模型构建PVC凝胶驱动器的静态机电模型,以描述凝胶静态载荷下的形变响应;其次,采用最小二乘法获得模型常数的函数,并验证凝胶形变的预测模型,与实验形变数据对比后修正了模型预测,为预测和模拟PVC凝胶介质材料的力电行为提供理论支撑。Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)electroactive gel has demonstrated superior performance mimicking human muscle and enough stimulating to skin,which has been paid more attention in the field of flexible driving and sensing.In DC electric field,while their characteristics have been extensively studied experimentally,precise models that predicts the deformation due to imposed mechanical and electrical forces are not yet available.In this study,PVC gel(PVC-DBA)was prepared with THF solvent evaporation.The dynamic mechanical analyzer was used to measure the strain and stress responses of PVC gel under mechanical and electrical coupling loading,and analyzed its regularity.Firstly,the mechanical and electrical properties of the PVC gel was analyzed.And based on Maxwell and Kelvin-Voigt models,the static and stress responses of actuator correlation model of PVC gel actuator was constructed.Secondly,the least square regression analysis was used in determining the function of the model parameters and the model prediction of the parameters function was verified.Compared with the experimental deformation data,the model prediction was revised,providing theoretical support for predicting and simulating the electromechanical behavior of PVC gel dielectric materials.
