摘 要:油管和套管泄漏会导致环空压力异常,对井筒的完整性构成威胁,影响了油气生产安全。传统测井作业泄漏检测操作复杂、安全风险大且成本较高。相比之下,油套管泄漏地面检测技术可在不停产情况下进行泄漏检测,具有操作安全以及成本低的优势。论述了国内外学者对油套管泄漏地面检测技术的研究现状,总结其优缺点和检测方法适用性,重点关注了在泄漏速率计算、泄漏点定位、泄漏当量直径及多漏点检测技术等方面的关键技术和方法,分析了目前研究中存在的不足。结合现场需求,对未来该领域的研究工作提出如下建议:未来的研究需要通过多源信息融合与智能化技术提升泄漏监测系统的精确度和效率,优化声波检测技术以提高液面以下漏点的探测能力,并进一步推进多漏点检测和智能预警系统的发展。随着物联网、人工智能和大数据技术的应用,油套管泄漏检测技术将在复杂井况下实现更精确和实时的监测,确保油气田的安全生产与环保管理。Tubing and casing leaks can lead to abnormal annular pressure,compromising wellbore integrity and threatening the safety of oil and gas production.Traditional logging-based leak detection operations are complex,involve high safety risks,and are expensive.In contrast,ground detection techniques for oil casing leaks can be conducted without halting production,offering advantages such as safer operation and lower costs.This paper reviews the current research on detection technology of oil casing leaks conducted by China and aroad scholars,summarizing advantages,disadvantages,and applicability of various methods.The focus is on key technologies such as leak rate calculation,leak point localization,equivalent leakage diameter,and multi-leakage point detection,with an analysis of the existing gaps in research.In response to field demands,the following recommendations were proposed for future studies:enhancing the precision and efficiency of leak detection systems through the integration of multi-source information and intelligent technologies,optimizing acoustic detection techniques to improve the detection of leaks below the fluid level,and advancing multi-leakage point detection and intelligent warning systems.With the application of IoT,artificial intelligence,and big data technology,detection technology of oil casing leaks would achieve more accurate and real-time monitoring under complex well conditions,ensuring safe production and environmental management in oilfields.
