摘  要:延长油田特低渗透油藏占总储量的86%,资源量大但采收率低。为了提高采收率,解决剩余油动态变化认识不清以及驱替方式优选的难题,以长6特低渗透油藏为例,采用室内实验方法,构建岩心驱替物理模型,分析了衰竭、水驱、气驱、注水吞吐以及多种驱替方式组合的驱油效率及微观剩余油分布。结果表明,在衰竭式或水驱开发的基础上,转换开发方式更有利于提高采收率。衰竭式开发至饱和压力达到0.5 MPa后转为水气交替驱的“三段式”开发方式,比转为水驱可提高采收率约10个百分点。注水吞吐中裂缝长度占岩心长度2/3的,比无裂缝的采收率高13.7个百分点,吞吐轮次越多,单次提高采收率效果越差。相比于同步水驱,衰竭式开发后转水驱的方式更不容易形成明显的水驱前缘,含油饱和度场更为均匀,发生暴性水淹的概率更低。该研究成果对特低渗透油藏开发方式的优选优化具有借鉴意义。The ultra-low permeability reservoirs account for 86% of the reserves in Yanchang oilfield,which have much oil in place but a low recovery.In order to enhance oil recovery and solve the problems of an unclear understanding of dynamic changes of the remaining oil,Chang6 reservoir was taken as an example,and a lab experiment was used to construct a physical model of core displacement.Then,the oil displacement efficiency and micro remaining oil distribution was analyzed for development methods,such as depletion,water flooding,gas flooding,water huff and puff,and various combinations of them.The results indicate that changing development methods is more conducive to enhanced oil recovery after depletion or water flooding.The “three-stage” development method with water-alternating-gas can enhance oil recovery by about 10 percentage points.The recovery of core with the fracture length accounting for 2/3 of the core length is 13.7 percentage points compared to water flooding after formation pressure reaches a saturation pressure of 0.5 MPa by depleted higher than that of the core without fractures bywater huff and puff.Enhanced oil recovery of the single cycle becomes worse as the huff and puff cycles increase.The change in development method from depleted water flooding is less likely to form a significant water flooding front compared to synchronous water flooding,and the distribution of oil saturation is more uniform,with a lower probability of violent water flooding.This research has a reference for the optimization of development methods for ultra-low permeability reservoirs.
