摘  要:为了更好地反映稠油油藏多层合采实际开发情况,直观地摸清地层流体渗流规律,通过物模实验研究了正韵律厚油层统注及分注水驱规律;采用数值模拟方法研究了不同层位组合的非均质模型层间干扰问题,并针对提液方式对多层合采的影响程度进行了分析。在此基础上,研究了层间干扰对多油层合采剩余油分布规律的影响。研究表明,对同一区块分别进行分层注水、笼统注水及层系组合开发,分层注水开发效果最好,层系组合次之,笼统注水最差。提液增速可以进一步改善笼统注水和分层注水的开发效果,但提液增速对分层注水开发效果的改善更明显,尤其是低渗层的采收率可呈倍数增长。这是因为在非均质储层注水开发过程中,提液增速可以在一定程度上提高注入压力,有效提高洗油效率,但同时也会加剧储层的非均质性。因此,在非均质储层注水开发阶段,可以采用分层注水与提液增速相结合的方式来改善开发效果。该研究结果对海上稠油多层合采油田具有很好的指导意义。To better reflect the actual development situation of multi-layered commingling production in heavy oil reservoirs and intuitively find out the displacement law of formation fluid,the paper carries out the law of unified injection and separate injection water-drive in positive rhythm thick oil layers through physical simulation experiments.Using numerical simulation methods to study interlayer interference problems in heterogeneous models with different layer combinations and to analysis the influence degree of liquid extraction manner on commingling production.On this basis,the influence of interlayer interference on the distribution of remaining oil in multi-layered commingling production was studied.Research has shown that for the same block,layered water injection,general water injection,and layer series combination development are carried out separately,layered water injection has the best development effect,followed by layer series combination,and general water injection is the worst.The growth rate of liquid extraction can further improve the development effect of both general water injection and layered water injection development methods,but the growth rate of liquid extraction is more significant in improving the development effect of layered water injection,especially in low-permeability layers where the recovery rate can increase by a multiple.This is because in the process of water injection development in heterogeneous reservoirs,the rate of liquid extraction can increase the injection pressure to a certain extent,effectively improving the oil washing efficiency,but at the same time,it will exacerbate the heterogeneity of the reservoir.Therefore,in the stage of water injection development in heterogeneous reservoirs,a combination of layered water injection and liquid extraction rate can be used to improve the development effect.The research results have good guiding significance for offshore heavy oil multi-layer combined production oilfields.
