摘 要:为改善普通酸化液在超深页岩储层高温环境下耐温耐剪切性能低的问题,以纳米二氧化硅、N-乙基丙烯酰、N-烯丙基对甲苯磺酰胺和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚为原料,制备了一类耐高温、耐剪切的纳米二氧化硅胶凝剂NSJ,并研究了胶凝剂含量、储层温度、储层压力和二氧化硅含量对酸化液表观黏度与溶蚀速率的影响。结果表明,在180℃和170 s^(-1)剪切60 min可使含1%HNJ胶凝剂和20%盐酸的酸液表观黏度和黏度保持率达到55 mPa·s和89%,远高于市售胶凝剂SJ的14 mPa·s和46%。此外,纳米二氧化硅胶凝剂NSJ的酸液在60 min内的溶蚀速率仅为5.4 mg/s,远低于市售胶凝剂SJ的7.5 mg/s。纳米二氧化硅胶凝剂NSJ具有比市售胶凝剂更优异的缓蚀和黏度保持性能。To improve the low temperature resistance and shear resistance of ordinary acidizing fluid in the high temperature environment of ultra-deep shale reservoirs,a kind of heat-resistant and shear-resistant nano-silica gelling agent NSJ was prepared with nano-silica,N-ethylacryloyl,N-allyl-p-toluenesulfonamide and octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether,and the effects of gelling agent content,reservoir temperature,reservoir pressure and silica content on the apparent viscosity and dissolution rate of acidizing fluid were studied.The results show that the apparent viscosity and viscosity retention rate of the acid solution containing 1% HNJ gelling agent and 20% hydrochloric acid can reach 55 mPa·s and 89% at 180 ℃ and 170 s^(-1) for 60 min,which are much higher than those of commercial gelling agent SJ(14 mPa·s and 46%).In addition,the dissolution rate of acid solution of nano-silica gelling agent NSJ in 60 minutes is only 5.4 mg/s,which is far lower than 7.5 mg/s of commercial gelling agent SJ.Nano-silica gel gelling agent NSJ shows better corrosion inhibition and viscosity retention performance than commercially available gelling agents.
