摘  要:弯头作为管道系统中重要的组成部分,研究其腐蚀特性对于保证天然气输送系统的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。建立了天然气管道弯头腐蚀模型,探究酸性气体对管道弯头的腐蚀规律。结果表明:应注意将天然气中二氧化碳摩尔分数控制在2.5%以下,以降低二氧化碳对管道弯头的腐蚀作用。将硫化氢摩尔分数控制在2.5%以下可有效减缓硫化氢对管道弯头的腐蚀,当硫化氢摩尔分数高于3.5%时,硫化氢对管道弯头的腐蚀作用不再是主要考虑因素。随着天然气温度的升高,管道弯头腐蚀速率经历了缓慢变化、升高和急剧下降3个阶段,现场技术人员应特别注意管道弯头在温度为50~70℃的腐蚀情况。随着天然气流量的增加,管道弯头腐蚀速率先稳定升高后略有下降,在天然气流量为3 200 m^(3)/h时出现拐点。As elbows are essential components of pipeline systems,studying the corrosion characteristics of elbows is of great significance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of natural gas transportation systems.The corrosion model for natural gas pipeline elbows was established to explore the corrosion law of acidic gases on pipeline elbows.The results indicate that the mole fraction of carbon dioxide in natural gas should be controlled below 2.5% to reduce the corrosive effect of carbon dioxide on pipeline elbows.Controlling the mole fraction of hydrogen sulfide below 2.5% can effectively slow down the corrosion of hydrogen sulfide on pipeline elbows.The corrosion effect of hydrogen sulfide on pipeline elbows is no longer the main consideration factor when the mole fraction of hydrogen sulfide is higher than 3.5%.As the temperature of natural gas increases,the corrosion rate of pipeline elbows undergoes three stages:slow change,increase,and sharp decrease.Technicians on site should pay special attention to the corrosion of pipeline elbows within the temperature ranges of 50~70 ℃.With the rise of the natural gas flow rate,the corrosion rate of pipeline elbows steadily increases and then slightly decreases,with a turning point at the natural gas flow rate of 3 200 m~3/h.
