摘  要:水产养殖尾水未经处理直接外排,极易造成周边水环境污染。因此,有必要及时掌握排水干塘的空间分布、数量及面积等信息。以国产2m分辨率遥感影像为数据源,利用基于更丰富卷积特征的边缘检测(RCF)模型,对宜兴市2022年冬季清塘期的三期影像进行干塘信息提取与时空变化分析。结果显示:①该方法提取干塘的精确率、召回率和F值均在92%以上,提取精度较高;②2022年12月—2023年1月,宜兴市干塘的数量及面积持续增长,其中2023年1月底增幅最大,是宜兴市水产养殖池塘的集中清塘期;③宜兴市清塘期的干塘分布较为破碎,主要位于市域西北部地区,且以滆湖周边区域较为集中,东部临近太湖区域也有部分分布。该方法能够实现大范围图斑级干塘信息的快速、准确提取,可为养殖尾水排放监测、养殖区空间优化等提供技术支持。Untreated aquaculture wastewater can easily cause pollution to the surrounding water environment if discharged directly.Therefore,it is necessary to timely grasp the spatial distribution,quantity,and area of dry ponds.By using China’s remote sensing images with 2 m resolution as the data source,the richer convolutional feature(RCF)model was used to extract dry pond information and analyze spatio-temporal changes from three phases of images during the pond cleaning period in winter in Yixing City in 2022.The results show that:①The accuracy,recall,and F-value of this method for extracting dry ponds are all above 92%,indicating a high extraction accuracy.②From December 2022 to January 2023,the quantity and area of dry ponds in Yixing City continued to increase,with the largest increase at the end of January 2023,indicating the concentrated pond cleaning period for aquaculture in Yixing City.③The distribution of dry ponds during the pond cleaning period in Yixing City is relatively fragmented,mainly located in the northwest of the city and concentrated around the Gehu Lake.Some dry ponds are distributed in the east of the city near the Taihu Lake.This method can achieve rapid and accurate extraction of large-scale dry pond information at the patch level and provide technical support for monitoring aquaculture wastewater discharge and optimizing the spatial distribution of aquaculture areas.
