摘 要:[目的]研究新型导电高分子基复合接地材料及其他常见的金属接地材料在中性盐雾中的长期腐蚀行为。[方法]通过5000h中性盐雾试验,结合腐蚀失重测量、电化学阻抗谱、白光干涉仪等表征方法,分析了多种接地材料在中性盐雾环境中的耐蚀性。[结果]导电高分子基复合接地材料经中性盐雾试验5000 h后不发生腐蚀,具有极强的耐腐蚀能力,而紫铜、铜覆钢、镀锌钢和石墨烯合金均发生不同程度的腐蚀。电化学阻抗分析表明,导电高分子基复合接地材料具备最高的电荷转移电阻。[结论]相较于其他4种常见的接地材料,导电高分子基复合接地材料在中性盐雾环境中最稳定,具备优异的耐蚀性。[Objective]The long-term corrosion behavior of a novel conductive polymer-based composite grounding materials and other common metallic grounding materials in a neutral salt spray environment was studied.[Method]The corrosion resistance of the ground materials was evaluated by conducting a 5000-hour neutral salt spray test,combined with weight loss measurement,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and white light interferometry.[Result]After 5000 hours of neutral salt spray test,the conductive polymer-based composite grounding material showed no signs of corrosion,demonstrating extremely strong corrosion resistance.In contrast,red copper,copper-clad steel,galvanized steel,and graphene-coated carbon steel exhibited varying degrees of corrosion.The results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopic analysis showed that the conductive polymer-based composite grounding material had the highest charge transfer resistance.[Conclusion]Compared with other four common grounding materials,the conductive polymer-based composite grounding material demonstrates the highest stability and superior corrosion resistance in a neutral salt spray environment.
