常温固化硅橡胶涂料在核电厂保温管道和设备防护中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]为了更好地应对核电厂保温层下管道和设备腐蚀问题,自制了防腐涂料用于保温层下设备和管道防护。[方法]该涂料以硅橡胶为成膜物质,添加了硼酸锌和三聚磷酸铝,可室温固化。通过耐温试验、中性盐雾试验、耐水性试验、氧化诱导曲线测试、红外光谱测试等手段,测试了涂层的耐热性能、耐水性能和耐腐蚀性能。[结果]该涂层具有良好的耐220°C温度能力,高温测试前后其组成结构未发生改变。另外,该涂层在水中浸泡30 d和中性盐雾测试1000 h后无异常。[结论]该硅橡胶涂层能较好地满足常温至220°C服役的保温下管道和设备腐蚀防护的要求。[Objective]To address the corrosion issues of equipment and pipelines under insulation in nuclear power plants,an anticorrosive paint was prepared for insulation-protected equipment and pipelines.[Method]A room temperature curable paint was prepared based on silicone rubber as the film-forming material with zinc borate and aluminum triphosphate.The thermal resistance,water resistance,and corrosion resistance of the cured coating were tested through thermal resistance test,neutral salt spray test,water immersion test,oxidation induction curve analysis,and infrared spectroscopy.[Result]The coating exhibited good thermal stability up to 220°C,with no structural changes observed before and after high-temperature testing.Additionally,the coating remained intact after 30 days of water immersion and 1000 hours of neutral salt spray test.[Conclusion]The silicone rubber paint greatly meets the corrosion protection requirements of equipment and pipelines under insulation during operation from room temperature to 220℃.
