摘 要:[目的]电化学腐蚀严重影响了海上风电项目钢管桩等关键部位的安全性,电化学防护、涂层防护、使用耐候钢等常见防护措施均有一定的局限性,急需一种更有效的防护措施。[方法]对Q235钢管桩模型表面缠绕厚度为2 mm的自粘型丁基热熔胶带后,附加以下3种方案之一的外层防护:(1)螺旋缠绕厚度约1 mm的热缩带;(2)涂抹单组分硅酮耐候密封胶;(3)缠绕2 mm厚的环氧玻纤布。通过盐雾试验、耐湿热老化试验、高低温交变试验、周期浸润试验等加速老化试验及力学性能测试,对不同方案的防护效果进行评价。[结果]自粘型热熔胶带可以稳定粘附在钢材表面,隔绝水汽、Cl^(-)、氧气的进入,保护钢材免受侵蚀。外层采用高强度环氧玻纤布的方案效果最好,而采用热缩带和硅酮耐候密封胶的方案分别存在耐老化效果不佳、易涂抹不匀的问题。[结论]采用“自粘型丁基热熔胶带+高强度环氧玻纤布”的方法施工简易,密封性好,既能抵御化学介质的侵蚀,又可提供较好的力学强度,可推广至钢制码头、钻井平台等海洋工程中验证。[Objective]Electrochemical corrosion seriously affects the safety of key parts such as steel pipe piles in offshore wind power projects.Common protective measures such as electrochemical protection,coating protection,and the use of weathering steels have certain limitations.A more effective protective measure is urgently needed.[Method]A 2 mm-thick self-adhesive hot melt butyl rubber tape was wrapped around the surface of a Q235 steel pipe pile model,followed by the application of one of the following three outer protective schemes:(a)spiral wrapping with a heat-shrinkable tape of about 1 mm thickness;(b)applying a single-component silicone weather-resistant sealant;and(c)wrapping with a 2 mm-thick epoxy fiberglass cloth.The protective effects of different schemes were evaluated through accelerated aging tests i.e.salt spray test,damp heat aging test,temperature cycling test,and periodic immersion test,as well as mechanical property tests.[Result]The self-adhesive hot melt tape stably adhered to the steel surface,effectively blocking the ingress of water vapor,chloride ions,and oxygen,thereby protecting the steel from corrosion.Among the three schemes,the use of high-strength epoxy fiberglass cloth as the outer layer provided the best protective performance.In contrast,the schemes involving heat-shrinkable tape and silicone weather-resistant sealant exhibited shortcomings,such as poor aging resistance and uneven application,respectively.[Conclusion]The method of using self-adhesive hot melt butyl rubber tape and high-strength epoxy fiberglass cloth offers simple construction,excellent sealing performance,and the ability to resist the erosion of chemical media while providing good mechanical strength.This approach is recommended for further verification in marine engineering projects such as steel wharves and drilling platforms.
