扶余油田管道防原油黏附涂层的制备及性能研究

摘  要:[目的]针对扶余油田集输管道的内腐蚀因素,设计一套适合的防腐体系。[方法]设计合成了硅油改性交联型丙烯酸树脂,并将其作为面漆涂装于环氧树脂底漆表面,构建了环氧/硅油改性丙烯酸树脂复合涂层,考察了该涂层的防液体黏附性、防腐蚀性和力学稳定性。[结果]该复合涂层在马口铁表面的附着力达到0级,对二碘甲烷、十六烷、原油和泵油的滑动角都小于10°,耐高矿化度盐水浸泡30 d。随着硅油含量在10%(质量分数)以内增大,其防原油黏附性提高,硬度增大,柔韧性先变好后变差。硅油含量为1.0%的复合涂层的综合性能最好。[结论]该复合涂层满足了在油田管道内腐蚀中应用的需求。[Objective]An anticorrosion system suitable for internal corrosion factors of gathering and transportation pipelines at Fuyu Oilfield was developed.[Method]A silicone oil modified crosslinked acrylic resin was synthesized and applied as a topcoat over an epoxy primer,forming an epoxy/silicone oil modified acrylic composite coating.The liquid repellency,corrosion resistance,and mechanical stability of the coating were examined.[Result]The composite coating exhibited 0-grade adhesion on tinplate surface,with sliding angles below 10°for diiodomethane,hexadecane,crude oil,and pump oil.It withstood 30-day immersion in highly mineralized brine.The anti-crude-oil-adhesion and hardness of the coating was improved by increasing the content of silicone oil up to 10%(mass fraction),while the flexibility was improved initially and then deteriorated.The composite coating with 1.0%of silicone oil exhibited the optimal comprehensive performance.[Conclusion]This composite coating meets the application requirements for internal corrosion protection of oilfield pipelines.
