摘  要:[目的]以氧化石墨烯(GO)为载体,利用经硅烷偶联剂表面改性的纳米二氧化硅(SiO_(2))对其进行结构修饰,开发一种新型SiO_(2)-GO防腐增强材料,并将其应用于水性环氧树脂(EP)涂层中,以提高涂层的防腐及力学性能。[方法]分别采用硅烷偶联剂KH550、KH560对纳米SiO_(2)进行表面改性,以实现SiO_(2)在GO片层中的均匀负载,填充GO片层之间的空隙,扩大GO的层间距,改善其在EP中的分散性,形成更均匀致密的保护层,进而提升EP涂层的防腐蚀性能。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)等设备对SiO_(2)-GO的形貌和结构进行了表征。测试了涂层的铅笔硬度、阻尼硬度、附着力和耐冲击性。通过在3.5%NaCl溶液中的极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱测量,考察了涂层的耐蚀性。[结果]加入SiO_(2)-GO后,环氧涂层的防腐蚀性能得到显著提高。当选用KH550硅烷偶联剂作为SiO_(2)表面改性剂,且其用量为8%(质量分数)时,所制得的SiO_(2)-GO具有最佳的防腐蚀效果,此时SiO_(2)-GO/EP涂层能保持优异的力学性能。[结论]该SiO_(2)-GO防腐增强材料用于环氧涂料,明显提高了涂层的力学性能及防腐蚀性能。[Objective]A novel SiO_(2)-GO anticorrosive enhancer was prepared by modifying the surface of nano-sized silica(SiO_(2))powder with silane coupling agent,and then used to improve the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of waterborne epoxy(EP)coating.[Method]The surface of nano-SiO_(2)was modified by silane coupling agent KH550 and KH560 respectively to achieve uniform loading of SiO_(2)on GO sheets,filling the gaps between GO layers,increasing the interlayer spacing of GO,and improving the dispersion of GO in EP resin.This modification facilitates the formation of a more uniform and compact protective layer,thereby enhancing the corrosion resistance of EP coatings.The morphology and microstructure of SiO_(2)-GO were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The mechanical properties of the coatings,including pencil hardness,damping hardness,adhesion strength,and impact resistance,were examined.The corrosion resistance of the coatings was evaluated through potentiodynamic polarization curve measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)in a 3.5%NaCl solution.[Result]The incorporation of SiO_(2)-GO significantly improved the corrosion resistance of EP coatings.When KH550 was used as the silane coupling agent for the surface modification of SiO_(2)at a mass fraction of 8%,the resulting SiO_(2)-GO had the optimal corrosion resistance,and the SiO_(2)-GO/EP coating exhibited excellent mechanical properties.[Conclusion]The SiO_(2)-GO anticorrosive enhancer demonstrates significant improvements in both the mechanical and corrosive properties of EP coatings.
