摘 要:[目的]缓蚀剂是金属防腐的常用手段,而开发和应用绿色缓蚀剂是实现“双碳”战略目标和绿色可持续发展的重要方向。[方法]通过浸泡腐蚀试验、电化学测试及表面形貌观察,研究了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)在1 mol/L H_(2)SO_(4)溶液中对化工设备常用金属材料(碳钢、铜、铝和铸铁)的缓蚀性能。[结果]在相同质量浓度下,PASP对不同金属缓蚀的效果排序为:碳钢>铜>铝>铸铁。随着PASP质量浓度的增大,4种金属材料的缓蚀效率均提高。PASP对碳钢、铸铁主要表现为抑制阳极型缓蚀剂,对铜、铝则呈现以抑制阳极为主的混合型缓蚀行为。[结论]PASP对化工常用金属材料都具优异的缓蚀性能,其作用机理符合吸附膜理论。本研究为绿色缓蚀剂的实际应用提供了理论依据和技术支持。[Objective]Corrosion inhibitors are commonly used for metal corrosion protection,and the development and application of green corrosion inhibitors are important directions for achieving the“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”strategic goals and promoting green and sustainable development.[Method]The corrosion inhibition properties of polyaspartic acid(PASP)on commonly used metal materials in chemical industry equipment i.e.carbon steel,copper,aluminum,and cast iron in 1 mol/L H_(2)SO_(4) solution were studied through immersion corrosion test,electrochemical measurement,and surface morphology observation.[Result]At the same mass concentration,the corrosion inhibition efficiency of PASP on different metals was ranked as follows:carbon steel>copper>aluminum>cast iron.With the increasing in PASP mass concentration,the corrosion inhibition efficiency of all four metals was improved.PASP acted as an anodic corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel and cast iron,while copper and aluminum,it showed mixed-type corrosion inhibition behavior with anodic inhibition as the main mechanism.[Conclusion]PASP demonstrates excellent corrosion inhibition property for commonly used metal materials in chemical industry,and its mechanism conforms to the adsorption film theory.This study provides theoretical reference and technical support for the practical application of green corrosion inhibitors.
