摘 要:[目的]纳米材料因其界面和尺寸效应而展现出优异的物理和化学性能,已成为材料科学领域的研究热点和重要发展方向。[方法]综述了纳米技术在电镀领域的研究进展,重点探讨了其在电镀前处理、电镀过程及镀后处理中的应用。[结果]纳米技术的引入显著提升了镀层的力学性能、耐蚀性、耐磨性及功能性(如超疏水性、催化活性、磁性能等)。纳米电镀技术在大规模应用中仍面临成本高、工艺复杂及机理研究不足等挑战。[结论]随着纳米技术的不断发展和工艺优化,纳米电镀技术有望在新能源、电子器件、航空航天等领域实现更广泛的应用,推动电镀行业的技术进步和产业升级。[Objective]Nanomaterials feature unique physical and chemical properties due to their interface and size effects,making them a research hotspot and an important development direction in the field of materials science.[Method]The research progress of nanotechnology in electroplating i.e.pre-treatment,electroplating process,and post-treatment was reviewed.[Result]The introduction of nanotechnology has significantly enhanced the mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,wear resistance,and functionality(such as superhydrophobicity,catalytic activity,and magnetic property)of the plated coatings.However,the large-scale application of nano-electroplating technology still faces challenges such as high cost,complex procedures,and insufficient mechanistic understanding.[Conclusion]With the continuous development and optimization of nanotechnology,nano-electroplating is expected to achieve broader applications in field i.e.new energy,electronic devices,and aerospace,driving technological advancements and industrial upgrades in electroplating industry.
