摘 要:[目的]研究不同配位剂对铝合金连接器上化学镀Ni–P合金的影响,以推进自配高磷化学镀镍溶液的工程化应用。[方法]先研究了分别采用乳酸、柠檬酸、丙二酸和DL-苹果酸作为配位剂时,对沉积速率和镀层孔隙率的影响。然后对筛选出的配位剂进行复配优化。[结果]当采用8 g/L柠檬酸和12 g/L DL-苹果酸作为复合配位剂时,沉积速率为11.60μm/h,所得Ni–P合金镀层的孔隙率为0.06个/cm^(2),耐中性盐雾腐蚀时间为144h。[结论]采用合适的配位剂有助于化学镀得到耐蚀性优良的Ni–P合金镀层。[Objective]The effects of different complexing agents on electroless Ni-P alloy plating on aluminum alloy connectors were studied to advance the engineering application of home-made high-phosphorus electroless nickel plating bath.[Method]The effects of several kinds of complexing agents i.e.lactic acid,citric acid,malonic acid,and DL-malic acid on the deposition rate,and porosity of coating were studied.And the combination of the selected complexing agents was optimized.[Result]The bath containing 8 g/L citric acid and 12 g/L DL-malic acid as composite complexing agent featured a deposition rate of 11.60μm/h.The Ni-P alloy coating electrolessly plated from the bath was compact with a porosity of 0.06 pores/cm^(2),and could be endurable for 144 hours in neutral salt spray test.[Conclusion]The use of appropriate complexing agents is benefit to obtain Ni-P alloy coating with excellent corrosion resistance by electroless plating.
