摘　　要：以我国高等教育的近代发展为基础,本文结合党的二十大报告首次对教育、科技与人才工作进行系统化、一体化统筹部署,探讨了在建设现代化教育强国的目标下,如何理解“教育、科技、人才”三者相结合;站在高校教师的角度,提出了具体实施科教兴国战略、更好地发挥教师团队作用的举措;提出了在现今的教育环境和教育现状中依然存在的亟待解决的问题。Based on the modern development of higher education in China,this paper examines the systematic and integrated deployment of education,science and technology and talents as outlined in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It explores the significance of integrating these three elements in the construction of a modern educational powerhouse.From the perspective of university faculty,the paper proposes specific measures for implementing the strategy of invigorating the country through science and education and enhancing the role of teacher teams.Additionally,it put forwards problems in the current educational environment that need urgent resolution.
