摘　　要：介绍了焦炉煤气湿法氧化法脱硫工艺存在的问题,针对填料脱硫塔存在的容易堵塞、塔压降高等问题,提出采用络合铁法脱硫工艺时第一级脱硫塔改用空塔的改造方案。从应用案例来看,空塔作为第一级脱硫塔具有脱硫效率高、压降低、运行维护少的优点。The problems in the wet oxidation desulfurization process of coke oven gas were introduced.A solution was proposed to replace the first stage desulfurization tower with an empty tower when using the chelated iron desulfurization process to solve the issues of easy blockage and high pressure drop in the packed desulfurization tower.From the application case,using an empty tower as a primary desulfurization tower has the advantages of high desulfurization efficiency,low pressure drop,and less operation and maintenance.
