摘　　要：对硫黄制酸装置余热锅炉的前管板进行了硬度检测和金相分析,针对锅炉发生泄漏的原因进行了分析探讨,得出泄漏主要是由操作不当造成锅炉缺水所致。为杜绝类似泄漏事故的发生,提出了可行的保障措施。Hardness testing and metallographic analysis are conducted on the front tube plate of the waste heat boiler in the sulphuric acid production unit.The causes of boiler leakage are analyzed and discussed,and it is found that the leakage is mainly caused by improper operation leading to water shortage in the boiler.Feasible safeguard measures have been proposed to prevent similar leakage accidents from occurring.
