摘  要:以某动力锂离子电池生产厂房为例,对影响厂房布局的生产工艺、工艺设备、工程建设等主要因素进行分析。并且,将如何在考虑以上因素的情况下实现动力锂电池厂房总高控制在24 m以内的三层工艺布局进行了说明。从工程建设的角度去分析了厂房总高控制、防火分区的划分及疏散距离的控制、公用配套用房的布局等因素。Taking a power lithium-ion battery production plant as an example,the main factors affecting the layout of the plant such as production technology,process equipment and engineering construction are analyzed.Moreover,how to realize the three-layer process layout with the total height of the power lithium battery plant controlled within 24 m is explained.From the perspective of engineering construction,the factors such as the control of the total height of the plant,the division of the fire protection zone and the control of the evacuation distance,and the layout of the public supporting rooms are analyzed.
