摘 要:【目的】旨在明确紫花苜蓿种子在干旱胁迫下的发芽特性。【方法】对内蒙古广泛栽培的14个紫花苜蓿品种种子萌发过程中多个抗旱性指标进行测定,并使用15%聚乙二醇-6000(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫,用隶属函数法对其抗旱性进行综合评价。【结果】干旱胁迫条件下,14个紫花苜蓿品种的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均显著降低。不同紫花苜蓿品种种子萌发期的抗旱性强弱顺序依次为4030>蕴能>3010>飞跃>巨能551>WL343>巨能201>沃蓿1号>WL168>耐盐之星>阿尔刚金>WL298>雷霆>北极熊。【结论】根据种子萌发试验,初步认为4030、蕴能抗旱能力较强。以上结果为选育紫花苜蓿抗旱新品种提供了理论依据和基础材料。Drought is a significant environmental factor that affects plant growth,development,productivity and distribution.Alfalfa growth and production are particularly vulnerable to the negative effects of drought.The aim of this study was to evaluate the germination characteristics of alfalfa seeds under environmental stress during early ger⁃mination.The drought resistance of 14 alfalfa varieties widely cultivated in Inner Mongolia was assessed during seed germination,using a range of drought resistance indexes.The drought resistance of alfalfa was evaluated by the mem⁃bership function method using 15%PEG 6000(PEG-6000)to simulate drought stress.The results showed that drought stress significantly reduced the germination rate,germination potential,and germination index of all 14 alfalfa germplasm resources.The drought resistance ranking of the different alfalfa varieties at the germination stage was as follows:4030>Yunneng>3010>Feiyue>Juneng 551>WL343>Juneng 201>Wuzur No.1>WL168>Salt-tolerant Star>Algonzin>WL298>Thunder>Polar Bear.Based on seed germination tests,it was con⁃cluded that 4030 and Yunneng exhibited strong drought resistance.These results provide a theoretical basis and essen⁃tial resources for breeding new drought⁃resistant alfalfa varieties.
