高品质公共服务设施布局研究——以南京市江宁区为例

摘　　要：高品质的公共服务设施对于保障民众基本生活需求、促进社会和谐、推动经济增长以及应对各种挑战具有关键作用。作为南京市经济第一大区,江宁区在公共服务设施的总体布局上仍存在不平衡和不充分的问题。本研究以满足人的需求为核心,通过分析江宁区公共服务设施的分布格局和供给水平,探索实现高品质公共服务设施布局的策略。研究成果不仅有助于提升公共服务的配置水平,实现空间正义,也积极响应了以人为本的发展理念,可为社会和谐和经济可持续发展提供参考。High-quality public service facilities play a key role in ensuring people's basic living needs,enhancing social harmony,promoting economic growth,and coping with various challenges.As the largest economic district in Nanjing,Jiangning District still has the problem of imbalance and inadequacy in the overall layout of public service facilities.This study focuses on satisfying people's needs,analyzes the distribution pattern and supply level of public service facilities in Jiangning District,and explores the strategies to achieve the layout of high-quality public service facilities.The research results not only help to improve the level of public service allocation and realize spatial justice,but also actively respond to the concept of people-oriented development and provide suggestions for social harmony and sustainable economic development.
