游客感知视角下的历史古镇景区交通导览系统有效性研究——以上海朱家角古镇为例

摘　　要：文章以朱家角古镇景区的交通导览系统为研究对象(包括景区官方设置的线上导览图、线下导向标识,以及地图宣传折页等不同类型的交通导览方式),使用现场调研和问卷调查的方法,结合实地情况和游客评价,分析古镇交通导览系统存在的问题,研究不同交通导览类型对游客的影响,分析游客的偏好和对朱家角古镇交通导览的评价,并对游客的路径选择行为进行分析。基于以上分析结果,给出朱家角古镇交通导览系统的优化建议。This paper examines the traffic guide system of Zhujiajiao Ancient Town Scenic Area,which includes various types of traffic guidance methods such as the online guide map provided by the scenic area's officials,offline guide signs,and map brochures.Utilizing on-site research and questionnaire surveys,the study integrates field observations with tourist evaluations to analyze the existing issues within the ancient town's traffic guide system.It investigates the effects of different types of traffic guides on tourists,assesses tourists'preferences and evaluations of the traffic guidance in Zhujiajiao Ancient Town,and examines tourists'path selection behaviors.Based on these analyses,the paper offers optimization suggestions for the traffic guide system in Zhujiajiao Ancient Town.
