基于工业遗存改造的社区综合体空间使用评价及分析——以成都市成华区天府社创中心为例

摘　　要：文章以成都市成华区天府社创中心内部空间及外部活动场所的使用人群作为主要研究对象,通过实地调研及问卷调查法,从受访者的基本信息、对空间的使用情况、对环境情况的满意程度、对设施使用的满意程度、对工业遗存部分的历史了解程度以及公众参与意愿方面进行空间使用情况分析,并利用交叉分析和描述性解读,归纳基本信息与使用情况的关联性和优先级,同时归纳具体建议,依据以上信息提出改进方案建议,以期为之后类似的工业遗存改造提供相关的理论建议。This paper focuses on the users of the internal spaces and external activity areas of the Tianfu Social Innovation Center in Chenghua District,Chengdu.Through field investigations and questionnaire surveys,the study analyzes spatial usage based on respondents'basic information,their utilization of the spaces,satisfaction with the environment and facilities,understanding of the historical aspects of the industrial relics,and willingness to participate in public activities.By employing cross-analysis and descriptive interpretation,the study identifies the correlations and priorities between basic information and spatial usage,while also summarizing specific recommendations.Based on these findings,improvement proposals are put forward,aiming to provide theoretical insights for the transformation of similar industrial heritage sites in the future.
