摘  要:以云台山乡村民宿为研究对象,选取携程网的民宿评论为数据来源,采用内容分析法,分析游客的点评文本,挖掘游客对乡村民宿认知和情感层面的形象感知,以及乡村民宿存在的问题。基于此,文章提出提升民宿服务质量与内容、增强民宿自然与人造环境吸引力、优化房间功能与设施的配置、提高交通的可达性与出行便利度等措施,以期提升乡村民宿的旅游形象感知,促进民宿的可持续发展。This study focuses on Yuntai Mountain rural homestay,using reviews from Ctrip as the data source.Content analysis was employed to analyze tourist review texts,exploring tourists'cognitive and emotional perceptions of rural homestay as well as identifying existing issues.The paper proposes measures to improve service quality and diversity,enhance the attractiveness of natural and man-made environments,enhance room and facility experience quality,and improve accessibility and convenience of transportation,with the goal of enhancing the tourism image perception of rural bed and breakfasts and promoting their sustainable development.
