摘 要:近年来,为促进乡村民宿高质量发展,国家不断深入实施“科技赋能”战略,致力于打造数字民宿产业。未来,民宿向智慧化转型已成为大势所趋。文章基于智慧化理念,立足于我国乡村民宿产业的建设与发展现状,分析了乡村民宿的发展背景及当前存在的主要问题,并针对智慧化乡村民宿市场定位与主题设定、场地规划、景观设计、建筑设计、空间布局、后期运营与营销六个方面,提出了优化设计策略,以期为乡村民宿的智慧化、人性化与可持续性发展提供参考依据。In recent years,the government has been actively implementing the"technology empowerment"strategy to promote the high-quality development of rural homestays and to establish a digital homestay industry.The transition towards smart homestays has become an inevitable trend for the future.This paper,grounded in the concept of smartization and focusing on the current state of the rural homestay industry in China,analyzes the development background and the main challenges facing rural homestays.It proposes optimization design strategies across six key areas:market positioning and theme setting,site planning,landscape design,architectural design,spatial layout,and post-operation and marketing.The goal is to provide a reference for the smartization,humanization,and sustainable development of rural homestays.
