摘  要:为了探究2507双相不锈钢中铝含量对氧含量及夹杂物影响,使用实验室真空感应炉熔炼不同Al含量的钢锭,检测钢中的O含量,使用扫描电镜和能谱仪观察夹杂物的形貌、成分及尺寸,对实验结果进行了分析统计,并利用FactSage软件计算Al含量对夹杂物种类与含量的影响。在Al含量对O含量影响的研究中发现,钢中O含量先随Al含量的增加迅速降低,并逐渐转变为随Al含量的增加而升高,在Al质量分数为0.1%~0.3%时,O质量分数保持在0.001%左右。在Al含量对夹杂物影响的研究中发现,Al_t质量分数小于14×10^(-6)时,钢中Al的含量不足以生成Al_(2)O_(3)类夹杂物,钢中Si、Mn和Cr元素会与O反应生成SiO_(2)-MnO-Cr_(2)O_(3)类夹杂物。当Al_t质量分数达到44×10^(-6)时,钢中除了SiO_(2)-MnO-Cr_(2)O_(3)类夹杂物外,还开始出现聚集的Al_(2)O_(3)类夹杂物,同时,观察到由于Al不足而未被Al完全还原的SiO_(2)-MnO-Cr_(2)O_(3)类夹杂物。当Al_t质量分数高于98×10^(-6)时,此时钢液中的Al足以将SiO_(2)-MnO-Cr_(2)O_(3)类夹杂物全部还原,观察到钢中夹杂物全部为Al_(2)O_(3)类夹杂物。另外,统计了不同Al含量下钢中夹杂物尺寸,发现当钢中Al含量较低时,SiO_(2)-MnO-Cr_(2)O_(3)类夹杂物的平均尺寸大于Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物的平均尺寸;而随着钢中Al含量的不断升高,Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物的最大尺寸和平均尺寸都逐渐增大。根据热力学计算的结果,为了获得较低O含量及及较小夹杂物尺寸的2507双相不锈钢,需要将钢中铝质量分数控制在72×10^(-6)以上。In order to investigate the effect of Al content on oxygen content and inclusions in 2507 duplex stainless steel,ingots with different Al contents were melted using a laboratory vacuum induction furnace.The O content in the steel was detected,and the morphology,composition,and size of inclusions were observed using a scanning electron microscope and an energy spectrometer.The results were statistically analyzed,and the effect of Al content on the type and content of inclusions was calculated using FactSage software.In the study of the effect of Al content on O content,it was found that the O content in steel first decreased rapidly with the increase of Al content,and the O content was kept at about 0.001 mass%when the Al content was 0.1 mass%to 0.3 mass%,and gradually increased with the increase of Al content.In the study of the effect of Al content on inclusions,it was found that at w(Alt)≤14×10^(-6),Al in the steel is not enough to generate Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions,and Si,Mn and Cr elements will react with O to generate SiO_(2)-MnO-Cr_(2)O_(3)inclusions;when the Alt content is 44×10^(-6),in addition to the SiO_(2)-MnO-Cr_(2)O_(3)class inclusions,aggregated Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions began to appear in the steel,and at the same time,SiO_(2)-MnO-Cr_(2)O_(3)inclusions that were not completely reduced by Al due to the lack of Al were observed;when the Alt content was higher than 98×10^(-6),the Al in the liquid steel was sufficient to reduce all of the SiO_(2)-MnO-Cr_(2)O_(3)inclusions,and all the inclusions observed in the steel were Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions.In addition,the sizes of inclusions in steel at different Al contents were counted,and it was found that the average size of SiO_(2)-MnO-Cr_(2)O_(3)inclusions was larger than the average size of Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions when the Al content in steel was low,while the maximum and average sizes of Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions gradually increased with the increasing Al content in steel.According to the results of thermodynamic calculations,in order to obtain 2507 duplex stainless
