摘 要:为了提高凝胶耐温性能,利用2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)改性的聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)与酚醛树脂交联剂(PF)制备耐温HPAM-PF凝胶,通过流变仪研究了聚合物浓度对耐温HPAM-PF凝胶成胶强度、成胶时间、黏弹性、屈服值及触变性的影响,并利用扫描电镜观察了耐温HPAM-PF凝胶的微观结构。结果表明,聚合物质量分数为0.2%~1%时,随着聚合物质量分数增大,耐温HPAM-PF凝胶的强度、黏度、黏弹性以及屈服应力增大,成胶时间缩短。综合考虑凝胶强度及成胶时间,优化出的0.5%SAV333+0.05%RWDJ+0.5%碱催化酚醛树脂(F/P=1)凝胶体系成胶时间约为3~4 h,成胶黏度达23 000 m Pa·s,表现出适中成胶时间、较强的结构强度和良好的黏弹性。随着聚合物质量分数增大,凝胶孔洞减小,内部结构更加紧密,孔洞之间的联结面上的孔隙也在减少。聚合物的质量分数小于0.5%时孔洞大小变化更加明显,此时提高聚合物浓度能显著增强耐温HPAM-PF凝胶强度。In order to improve the temperature resistance of gel,the AMPS modified HPAM is used to prepare the temperature resistant HPAM-PF gel with the phenolic resin(PF)as crosslinking agent.The effects of polymer concentration on the gelation strength,gelation time,viscoelasticity,yield value and thixotropy of HPAM-PF gel are studied by rheometer.And the micro structure of HPAM-PF gel is observed by SEM(scanning electron microscope).The results indicate that the gelation strength,viscosity,viscoelasticity and yield stress of HPAM-PF gel increase with the increase of polymer mass fraction between 0.2%and 1%.Meanwhile,the gelation time is shortened.Considering gelation strength and time,the optimized gel system is showed as follows:0.5%SAV333+0.05%RWDJ+0.5%alkali-catalyzed phenolic resin(F/P=1);its gelation time is about 3-4 h,and the gel viscosity is about 23000 mPa·s,showing moderate gelation time,strong structural strength and good viscoelasticity.As the polymer mass fraction increases,the gel holes are reduced,the internal structure becomes tighter,and the pores in the connecting surfaces between the holes are also reduced.When the mass fraction of polymer is less than 0.5%,the pore size changes more obviously,and increasing the polymer concentration can significantly enhance the strength of temperature resistant HPAM-PF gel.
