摘 要:针对超低渗透油田,系统评价了表面活性剂的性能及其提高采收率的机理。通过界面张力评价、流变性能分析和吸附特性研究,发现随着表面活性剂质量分数(浓度)的增加,油-水界面张力显著降低,在1%浓度下降至低点12.3 m N·m^(-1)。流变性能分析显示,溶液黏度在高浓度范围内趋于平稳,达到低点1.13 m Pa·s。吸附特性研究表明,岩心样品的比表面积从3.5m^(2)·g^(-1)增加到6.6 m^(2)·g^(-1),孔隙度从12.1%增加到17.2%。动态驱油实验结果显示,表面活性剂质量分数为1%时,采收率达到63.9%。影响因素分析表明,适宜的温度(80℃)、低盐度环境和高渗透率的岩石条件均有助于提高采收率。现场应用试验验证了表面活性剂在实际油田条件下的驱油效果,浓度为1%的表面活性剂在6个月内采收率从50.1%增加到56.3%。The performance of surfactants and their mechanism for improving oil recovery rate in ultra-low permeability oil fields are systematically evaluated.Through interfacial tension evaluation,rheological property analysis and adsorption characteristics research,it is found that as the surfactant mass fraction increases,the oil-water interfacial tension decreases significantly,reaching the lowest point of 12.3 mN·m^(-1) at 1%concentration.The rheological property analysis shows that the solution’s viscosity is stable in the high concentration range and reaches the lowest point of 1.13 mPa·s.The adsorption characteristics study shows that the specific surface area of the core sample increases from 3.5 m^(2)·g^(-1) to 6.6 m^(2)·g^(-1),and the porosity increases from 12.1%to 17.2%.The results of dynamic oil displacement experiments show that when the surfactant mass fraction is 1%,the oil recovery rate reaches 63.9%.The analysis of influencing factors shows that moderate temperature(80℃),low salinity environment and high permeability rock conditions are conducive to improving oil recovery rate.The field application tests verify the oil displacement efficiency of surfactants under actual oil field conditions.The oil recovery rate of surfactants with a concentration of 1%increases from 50.1%to 56.3%within 6 months.
