双马树脂基复合材料共固化胶接界面性能研究

摘  要:提出了一种基于界面微观化学与多种界面力学表征相结合的方法来研究共固化胶接复合材料界面。以聚砜增韧的双马树脂结构胶粘剂/复合材料共固化胶接界面为研究对象,通过显微红外、显微XPS等分析手段发现,胶粘剂增韧剂含量的增加会促进各组分向共固化界面流动,同时抑制界面处双马来酰亚胺与二烯丙基双酚A的化学反应。当聚砜含量为10%时,界面上各组分呈梯度增加;聚砜含量达到20%时,增韧剂在界面上的流动促进和抑制界面化学反应最大化,使拉伸剪切强度达到最大值。对固化过程中增韧剂对界面产生的规律进行力学追踪,对双马树脂胶粘剂搭接单丝碳纤维、单簇预浸料和铝合金进行拉伸测试,结果显示,在熔融阶段双马树脂胶粘剂体系拉伸强度就得到了显著提升,说明聚砜在熔融阶段下对固化反应开始产生了影响。这一发现有望在相关工程和材料领域中应用,提高界面流体的流动性并控制界面反应的发生。An approach based on a combination of interfacial microchemistry and multiple interfacial mechanical characterizations is proposed to study co-cured composite interfaces.The polysulfone toughened bismaleimide resin adhesive/composite co-cured adhesive interface is taken as the object of study in the fully cured state,and it is concluded by microscopic infrared and micro-XPS that with the increasing toughener content,the flow of components to the co-cured interface can be promoted,at the same time the chemical reaction between the bismaleimide and the diallyl bisphenol A at the interface is inhibited.When the polysulfone content is 10%,the components at the interface show a gradient increase.When the polysulfone content reaches 20%,the flow of the toughening agent at the interface maximally promotes and inhibits the interfacial chemical reaction,so that the tensile strength reaches the maximum value.The mechanical tracking of the law produced by the toughening agent at the interface during the curing process is carried,and the tensile tests for bismaleimide resin adhesive bonding monofilament carbon fiber,mono-cluster prepreg and aluminum alloy are carried out,the results show that the tensile strength of bismaleimide resin adhesive system in the melt stage has significantly improved,indicating that the polysulfone in the melt stage has an effect on the curing reaction.This finding is expected to be applied in related engineering and materials fields to improve the mobility of interfacial fluid and to control the interfacial reactions.
