摘  要:首先以罗丹明6G与水合肼为原料制备罗丹明6G水合肼,再将罗丹明6G水合肼配制成一种可对金属离子检测的探针分子。采用红外谱图、紫外和荧光检测对罗丹明6G水合肼进行表征和检测,实验结果表明,合成的罗丹明6G水合肼为目标化合物,在7∶3乙醇/水溶液中,探针溶液对金属离子有强吸收和荧光选择性,光谱强度与金属离子体积呈波尔兹曼线性指数关系且置信度为0.987 7,对比其他金属离子,探针溶液对Hg^(2+)识别最敏感,紫外和荧光检测发现罗丹明6G水合肼在乙醇溶液中与Hg^(2+)形成配合物,在紫外条件下有强吸收和荧光特性,且在吸收峰558 nm处达到最大吸收强度620.269,同时发现探针溶液与Hg^(2+)混合后立即呈荧光性且500 s时溶液呈指示稳定态。Firstly,the rhodamine 6G hydrazine hydrate is synthesized from rhodamine 6G and hydrazine hydrate,then a probe molecule for metal ion detection is prepared with the synthesized rhodamine 6G hydrazine hydrate.The IR,UV and fluorescence detection are used to test and characterize rhodamine 6G hydrazine hydrate,the experimental results show that the synthesized rhodamine 6G hydrazine hydrate is the target compound,the probe solution is of the characterization of strong absorption and fluorescence selectivity towards metal ions in a 7:3 ethanol/water solution,and the spectral intensity shows a Boltzmann linear exponential relationship with the volume of metal ions with a confidence level of 0.9877.Compared with other metal ions,the probe solution is the most sensitive to Hg^(2+) identification.The UV and fluorescence detection reveals that rhodamine 6G hydrazine hydrate forms a complex with Hg^(2+) in the ethanol solution,and exhibits strong absorption and fluorescence characteristics under UV conditions,as well as reaches the maximum absorption intensity of 620.269 at 558 nm.In addition,the probe solution shows fluorescence immediately after mixing with Hg^(2+) ,and the solution shows indicator stability at 500 s.
